PROFILE



An Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and University of Tokyo graduate.

Matthieu has over 15 years of experience of senior managing positions in various international industrial and service environments: Valeo, Faurecia, Royal Mail, Carrier. Through his many years spent in Japan, he has acquired a deep understanding of manufacturing excellence. Matthieu is one of the first westerners to have been exposed first hand to Nissan’s unique to daily problem solving approach QRQC: Quick Response Quality Control.

An inspirational coach, he has a proven ability to engage teams towards change. A native French, he speaks fluent English, German and Japanese.

What are the problems like in your organization? Non-conforming products, delays, overcosts, breakdowns, safety issues, human errors, customer complaints?... Well, it’s a long list of gaps between your expectations and the harsh reality. And it is easy to get overwhelmed !
