Matthieu has over 15 years of experience of senior managing positions in various international industrial and service environments: Valeo, Faurecia, Royal Mail, Carrier. Through his many years spent in Japan, he has acquired a deep understanding of manufacturing excellence. Matthieu is one of the first westerners to have been exposed first hand to Nissan’s unique to daily problem solving approach QRQC: Quick Response Quality Control.
An inspirational coach, he has a proven ability to engage teams towards change. A native French, he speaks fluent English, German and Japanese.
